Andrea’s quick Mango Ice-Cream

My dad brought a lot of mangoes from the Philippines. I love them, but I could not eat them as fast as they ripened. So I made an ice-cream with the last very ripe ones.
As I don’t have an ice-cream machine the ice will not get very creamy. Because I didn’t want to have too much work with it, I just mixed it with yogurt. It is very refreshing and best of all, sugar less!!

Ingredients
180 g Vanilla Yogurt
3 very ripe Mangos
100 ml Milk

Step 1
Peel the mangoes and cut the meat off the stone. Put the mangoes with all other ingredients into the blender and puree it.

Pour the ice-cream into a Tupperware and freeze it for at least 4 hours.

If you like the ice-cream a little creamier, take it out every 30 minutes and mix and scratch it with a fork. I did not do that 😉
