Ein schnelles Mahl, diese Thunfisch Spaghettini mit Rucola, das auch, wenn man kaum frische Esswaren zuhause hat, schnell gekocht werden kann. Alles was man braucht, sind Teigwaren, eine Dose Thunfisch, Tomatensauce und Rucola, oder Kräuter. Es geht ganz schnell und sie schmecken nach Sommer und Meer, so ganz wovon man jetzt, wo wir nicht reisen können, träumen.

These are very easy and quick spaghetti you can cook if you do not have many fresh food items at home. All you need are spaghetti, a can of tuna, tomato sauce and Rocket or herbs. They are cooked very quickly and taste and smell of summer and sea, all things we can only dream of at the moment with this virus going crazy around the world.  

Thunfisch Spaghettini mit Rucola

Für 4 Personen:
350 g Spaghettini
180 g Dose Thunfisch in Oel
1 Glas Tomatensauce (400 g)
2 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt
2 Schalotten, gehackt
10 g Butter
1 Handvoll Rucola, klein geschnitten
Salz und Pfeffer
Chili

Die Butter in einem Topf zergehen lassen und die gehackten Knoblauchzehen und Schalotten andünsten. Die Tomatensauce mit dem abgetropften Thunfisch mischen und in den Topf geben und gut würzen. Alles auf kleinem Feuer köcheln lassen.
Unterdessen die Spaghettini nach Anleitung weich kochen und abschütten. Die Teigwaren in die Sauce geben und den Rucola (oder Kräuter)  dazu mischen. Alles gut vermischen und servieren.

For 4 persons:
350 g Spaghettini (the very thin ones)
1 can of Tuna fish in oil (180 g)
1 glass Barilla Tomato Sauce with Basil (400 g)
2 cloves of Garlic, chopped
2 Shallots, chopped
10 g Butter
 a handful of Rucola, chopped
Salt and Pepper
Chili

Melt the butter in a pan and add garlic and shallots, fry slightly. Mix the tomato sauce with the drained tuna fish and add to the garlic and cook on low heat.
Meanwhile cook the spaghettini as advised on the package. Drain the spaghettini and mix them into the sauce. Add the chopped Rucola (or some herbs) and mix well. Serve immediately.
