1 Mins read

Cheese Fondue mixtures can not only be used for Fondue, but also for cheese pies and soufflés. As most mixtures have already all the seasoning and the white wine in it, they are so perfect! It is so easy!

Fondue Soufflé

Fuer 6 Portionen:
60 g Butter
60 g Mehl
350 ml Milch
Pfeffer
Muskatnuss
Paprika
4 Eigelb
4 Eiweiss

Sofort servieren.

For 6 Portions:
60 g Butter
60 g Flour
350 ml Milk
Pepper
Nutmeg
Paprika
4 Egg-yolk
4 Egg-white
500 g Fondue Mixture with everything added already (not only the cheese)

Grease a Soufflé form. Melt the butter in a pot then add the flour. Careful, do not burn the flour! As soon as the flour and butter start clumping add the milk. Whisk well until the sauce thickens. Take from the stove and season. Add the egg-yolks and the Fondue mixture and mix well.
Beat the egg-whites and fold them into the slightly cooled mixture. Immediately pour into the greased forms and bake in the oven at 200 C for 30 minutes. Serve immediately!
