Strawberry Granita with Aperol

Pane-Bistecca
This is again a recipe from the magazine  “So isst Italien”. Especially now during hot summer days such a Granita is wonderful cooling!

The recipe is very easy and you will have a dessert in no time. I now always have a box of it in my fridge. You can serve it with berries, fruits or just with some mint leaves. The Aperol gives it not only a bright color but also a very nice taste! If you don’t like to use alcohol, just use some red fruit juice. I really love this Granita!

Actually one should scrap up the liquid with a fork every hour, but who goes up every hour at night? But the Granita turned out great anyway!
