Erdbeer-Kiwi Konfitüre mit Whiskey

Strawberry-Kiwi Jam with Whiskey

Pane-bistecca
Strawberry-kiwi jam with whiskey, very tasty!

I cook my jams in a slow cooker. I find it much easier that way, and above all, there’s no mess or sticky residue in the kitchen.

Strawberries are in season right now and they taste great as jam. But I also like to mix things up, so I added some delicious kiwis. To make the jam a little more special, I added whiskey and then poured everything into small jars and gave them out as table prizes at a ball. Afterwards, I had quite a few requests for the recipe, so here it is!
