Kartoffel-Gemuese Gratin – Potato-Vegetable Gratin

1 Mins read

Potatoes and vegetables fit very well to any fish or meat! That’s why this gratin is perfect and quickly prepared. You can use any vegetable, you don’t need to follow my ingredients. You also can prepare this gratin in advance, so you don’t need to rush home after work to cook. Just take it from the fridge and pop it into the oven. I made fish with it and it was delicious!
