Fruchtsalat mit “Kick” – Fruit Salad with “kick”

1 Mins read

Let’s make Fruit Salad! During summer we have a multitude of fresh fruits in all colors and shapes. Who can resist? But even in Winter these fruit salads are refreshing. Nowadays it’s no problem to find imported fruits even in the darkest Winter. I try to cook seasonal, but who can resist beautiful fruits?
And why not add some liqueur or schnapps? Of course, if you have children at the table, I would only use orange juice, but for us big children I add a little kick!

Fuer 8 Personen:
1 Mango
1 handvoll gruene Trauben
2 Aepfel
2 Bananen
2 Kiwi
1 Orange
5 Aprikosen
2 Nektarinen oder Pfirsiche
je 50 g Heidelbeere, Himbeeren und Erdbeeren

Fuer die Marinade:
1 Orange, den Saft
2 TL Zucker
100 ml Apfellikoer

Tip:
– der Fruchtsalat passt auch wunderbar zu Vanilleeis
– er kann auch mit Merengue serviert werden.
