Gemuese Kuechlein – Vegetable Cakes

Ich mag es nicht, Reste zu essen, ich muss daraus immer ein neues Gericht machen. Ich hatte Gemuesesticks gemacht, fuer die Party und hatte einige davon uebrig. Deshalb habe ich sie weiterverarbeitet, zu Gemuese Kuechlein.

Man muss sich nicht an die genauen Angaben hier halten, man kann sie gut mit allen anderen Gemuesemischungen, oder gar nur mit einer Gemueseart machen und sie sind ganz schnell gemacht.

I don’t like leftovers… I have to invent a new dish with them. I had some vegetable stick left from Saturday’s party and so I used them to make these vegetable cakes. They are very easy and quickly done and you can use any vegetables or just one.

Gemuese Kuechlein

Fuer 4 Personen:
1 Karotte
2 Stengel Cellery
ein paar Broccoliroeschen
1 kleine Zucchini
6 kleine Maiskoelbchen
1/2 Bund Petersilie, gehackt
3 Eier
120 g Brotbroesel
100 g Emmenthalerkaese, gerieben
Salz, Pfeffer, Rosmarin, Paprika, Chili
Oel zum Braten

Alles Gemuese kleinschneiden in ca 4mm Wuerfelchen. Mit den restlichen Zutaten, ausser dem Oel, gut vermischen und wuerzen.
Nun Loeffelweise in heissem Oel braten und servieren.

For 4 Persons:
1 Carrot
2 stalks Celery
a few Broccoli rosettes
1 small Zucchini
6 Baby corns
1/2 bunch Parsley, chopped
3 Eggs
120 g Breadcrumbs
100 g Emmenthal cheese grated
Salt, Pepper, Rosemary, Paprika, Chili
Oil for frying

Dice all the vegetable into 4 mm pieces and mix them with the other ingredients. Fry them in batches in hot oil and serve.
