Tuna Fish Carpaccio

Pane-Bistecca
Carpaccio is something delicious! Especially this Tuna Fish Carpaccio!

The probably most known is the beef Carpaccio. But you can make Carpaccio with many other things. Important is, you cut the ingredients very thinly!

This time I used tuna fish. It was so delicious! You must use very fresh fish! This is very important! And to cut it very thinly, I slightly froze the tuna. It makes cutting so much easier.
