Chinese Chili Garlic Shrimps

Pane-Bistecca
There are some very simple and quick Chinese dishes. They are perfect for invitations because they are cooked up very quickly. These include dishes with prawns in particular, which are fried quickly.

We make them quite often because they really only take a few minutes, but you have to prepare everything because then you hardly have anything left to do. You have two options here! You can simply fry the prawns with garlic and ginger and deglaze with a little soy sauce, or you can mix this fine sauce with ginger, garlic and ketchup to make the prawns bright red! Both ways are very good.

This recipe is part in Volkermampft’s Culinary World Tour, which is traveling to China this month.
