Leek and chicory salad with bacon
Pane-Bistecca
Leek and chicory salad with bacon is a typical fall salad! We have salad almost every day. I’m always adding new things to it or trying to mix different salads so that they form a perfect friendship.
This salad really is perfect! The bitter chicory, with the crunchy sharpness of the leek and the crispy bacon…. simply heavenly!
