Salami Zaeltli – Salami Candies

1 Mins read

************

These sweet (no salty) candies are made with salami, cream cheese, and cucumber. They do not only look beautiful but also taste delicious!!!

Salami Zaeltli

200 g Salami
150 g Frischkäse mit Kräutern
1 Gurke
Holzspiesse

Dann in 2 cm dicke Rollen schneiden.

************

200 g Salami
150 g Cream Cheese with Herbs
1 Cucumber
Wooden Skewers

Lay the salami slices out to a rectangle on a big sheet of cling-foil. Spread the cream cheese onto it. Roll it up tightly and wrap into the cling-foil. Let cool in the fridge for 2 hours. Then slice into 2 cm wide slices. Slice a cucumber into 5 mm thick slices, then cut these into thirds. Now put one third of cucumber. Pricked through the middle onto the wooden skewer, then add a salami roll and end with another cucumber triangle but pricked through the tip. So you will get a candy
