Schnelle Lammfilets mit Gemuese – Quick Lamb Fillets with Veggies

1 Mins read

Lamb fillets are easy to cook. They are relatively small and cook quickly. But you should season or marinate them very well, so they really taste fine. This time I used a lot of herbs and lots of garlic and chives. I served them with broccoli and tomatoes, so that the plates were beautifully colorful. And the best, this dish is so quickly cooked!

Fuer 2 Personen:
4 Lammfilets
1 TL gemischte getrocknete Kraeuter (wie zB fuer Kraeuterbutter)
Salz und Pfeffer
Paprika
3 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt
1 Bund Schnittlauch, gehackt
etwas Olivenoel
1 Broccoli
1 grosse Tomate

Sofort servieren!

For 2 Persons:
4 Lamb fillets
1 tsp mixed dried Herbs (for example for herb butter)
Salt and Pepper
Paprika
3 cloves of Garlic, chopped
1 Bunch Chives, chopped
some Olive Oil
1 big Broccoli
1 big Tomato

Season the lamb fillets with the herbs, salt and pepper. Cut the broccoli into smaller pieces and boil in salted water until almost soft. Drain and set aside.
Heat some olive oil in a wide pan and fry the chopped garlic. Add the lamb fillets and fry on all sides, sprinkle with the chopped chives. Cut the tomato into halves and add them cut side down to the same pan. Also add the broccoli, season and fry all until cooked well.
Serve hot!
