Cheryl’s Chocolate Cake – Gluten-free

Meine Freundin Cheryl gab mir dieses wunderbare Cake Rezept. Er ist Glutenfrei, feucht, sehr schokoladig und leicht und… ich koennte weiter fahren, aber die beste Methode, den Kuchen kennenzulernen ist, ihn einfach nachzubacken!
Herzlichen Dank, Cheryl, jetzt ist dies einer unserer Lieblingskuchen (vermutlich muss ich ihn nun jede Woche backen!)

My friend Cheryl gave me this easy but so very delicious cake recipe. It is gluten-free and moist and chocolaty and light and … I could go on but the best way is to try it yourself!
Thank you so much, Cheryl, now this cake is one of our favorite ones ( I might have to bake it every week now!)

Man braucht:
250 g weiche Butter
250 g gemahlene Mandeln
250 g geriebene Schokolade
250 g Zucker
6 Eier, geteilt

Die Butter mit dem Zucker weich schlagen, dann die Mandeln, die Schokolade und Eigelbe zugeben. Das Eiweiss steif schlagen und unter die Masse ziehen. In eine eingefettete ca 20 cm Durchmesser Kuchenform giessen. Im Ofen bei 200 C Grad fuer 50-60 Minuten backen und wenn ausgekuehlt mit Puderzucker verziehren.

You need:
250 g Butter, soft
250 g ground Almonds
250 g grated Chocolate
250 g Sugar
6 Eggs, separated

Beat the butter with the sugar until soft, add the ground almond, egg-yolks and grated chocolate. Beat the egg-whites until stiff and fold into the dough. Fill into a greased baking dish of approx. 20 cm diameter and bake at 200 C for 50-60 minutes. Decorate with icing sugar.
