Zucchini-Cheese Parcels

Pane-Bistecca
This is again a very simple but really delicious recipe! Zucchini with cheese. I have seen a video, where cheese was wrapped into slices of zucchini to get these Zucchini-Cheese Parcels. I had to try it! Baby Bell is the perfect cheese for this recipe, as they have to right size. But you could use Raclette cheese or even the Mini Caprice. Choose your favorite!

You can prepare this dish in advance, and it needs only four ingredients. As it is so simple, I used it at our birthday party!
