Gefuellte Brotschiffli – filled Bread-rolls

1 Mins read

You can always use finger-food! It doesn’t matter if it’s for a party, as a snack in-between, or in the evening, instead of a big meal. I made these simple filled bread rolls and made a video. It worked well, I am amazed I could do it so easily!

Gefuellte Brotschiffli

Es geht ganz einfach!

ein paar Broetchen, egal welche Form
30 g Butter
1 Knoblauchzehe, gerieben
Geriebener Parmesan

It’s very simple!

a few Bread Rolls, any size or shape
30 g Butter
1 clove of Garlic, grated
grated Parmesan
Tomato Paste or red Pesto
cooked Ham (please don’t use the toast ham, it’s not tasty!)

Cut a hole into the bread rolls and remove the soft filling.
Melt the butter with the grated garlic and pour it into the bread rolls.
Sprinkle the grated cheese into the bread rolls, then add 1-2 tsp of tomato paste or pesto into them.
Fold a slice of ham into half and then half again and stick it into the bread roll.
Sprinkle more grated cheese over them (be generous) and bake them either in the oven at 180 C for  10-15 minutes, or like me, bake them in the Airfryer at 180 C for 8 minutes.
Serve them hot or cold.
