Andrea’s Pizza Bread

My mum gave me half a pizza bread and said, do something with it. I love that! I raided the fridge and created this pizza bread!

It doesn’t actually matter, if you use the same ingredients that I used; you can use any. I found bacon, garlic and cheese and I smeared the bread with herb butter.

It was delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 ready baked Pizza bread cut into half, so you get two pieces

  • 10 Bacon slices

  • 4 Garlic cloves, chopped

  • 40 g Herb Butter

  • coarse grated Cheese

  • Italian Herbs

Instructions

Step 1

Spread the herb butter onto the two bread halves.

Step 2

Put the bacon onto it, followed by the garlic and grated cheese. Sprinkle with the Italian herbs.

Bake in the oven at 180 C for 15 minutes.

Serve hot!
