Finger food cups with different fillings go down well at any aperitif! But the baskets are quite tedious to make yourself. In Europe, however, I have received ready-made baskets in various shapes and sizes. Of course, I immediately used them for my invitations. I have made all kinds of fillings; some are really very simple! Plus, I give you a gluten-free idea!

Ingredients
Guacamole Filling:
1 Avocado
3-4 Cherry Tomatoes chopped
Salt and Pepper
Juice of ½ Lemon

Mash the avocado and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Pour into the baskets.

Cream Cheese Filling:
1 Pack Cream Cheese with Herbs
dried Tomatoes in Oil or Parsley

Fill the cream cheese into the baskets and decorate with a piece of dried tomato or parsley.

Pate from the tube (for example Parfait)
Caper Berries or Parsley

Fill the pate in the cups and put half a caper berry or some parsley on top.

Mayonnaise
Or Horseradish Cream
Dill or Caper Berries

Mix the horseradish cream with some dill and put it in the baskets. Chop the salmon and put it on top. Decorate with fresh dill.

Or: Put some mayonnaise in the baskets and add a rolled-up slice of salmon. Decorate with a halved caper berry.

Mix the cocktail sauce with dill and the shrimps and fill them into the baskets. Decorate with some parsley.

Cut the cucumber into 5 mm thick slices and top with a dab of mayonnaise or horseradish cream.
