Tortilla Double-decker

Pane-Bistecca
Tortilla flatbreads are good for many things. I made tortilla double-decker, filled with ground beef and vegetables and topped with cheese. You can fill the tortillas with anything and bake them, make quick pizzas, or even a kind of burger. I often use these flatbreads, even just fried, as a side dish to salads and appetizers.

Fill the tortillas with whatever you love.

Meanwhile, in another shallow pan, fry the two tortillas until crispy on both sides. Note: Fry only briefly each time, then turn, fry briefly and turn because it burns quickly.

Step 3

Grease a gratin dish and put a tortilla in it. Put the meat and vegetables on top and cover with another tortilla. Now cover with cheese and bake in the oven at 180 C degrees for 15 minutes.
