Banana Chocolate Cake

Pane-Bistecca
For a long time, I could not understand the hype about banana cakes. All children were crazy about Banana Chocolate Cake. Why? I could not understand, because firstly I don’t really like chocolate and secondly, I hate ripe bananas.

Now I had some of these (hated) ripe bananas at home and did not want to throw them away. I hate throwing food! That’s why I baked such a banana-chocolate cake. I tried it and I must admit, it is very moist, soft and airy!

Now I can understand the kids!
