Joghurt Bombe

Yogurt Bomb

Pane-Bistecca
This Yogurt Bomb a very simple and fresh dessert. Especially during the hot summer days one likes a light dessert. But you have to prepare it one day ahead; it’s not done so quickly.

You can serve it with fresh berries, or frozen ones, just warm them up a little, or chocolate sauce, or caramel sauce or… I think, I leave it to you.

Notes

You can do the same for a salted version, omit the sugar, but add salt, pepper, herbs, garlic and let drip off excess water over night. Serve it as a dip with crackers.
