Juicy Chicken Breast grilled or roasted

Pane-Bistecca
It’s always a gamble to get a juicy chicken breast when you grill. My Juicy Chicken Breasts grilled or roasted shows you that it only takes a few tricks to get a good result. And I don’t mean meat tenderizing spices or anything like that. Chicken breast is an unevenly thick piece of meat and so it cooks faster in thin places than in thick places. This tends to make it dry. But there is a very simple way to cook the meat evenly.

This is one way to get a good result!

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts

  • Salt and Pepper

  • Chili Powder

  • Chili Flakes

  • Paprika

  • Oil

Instructions

1

Step 1

Wash the chicken breasts and pat dry. Now use a sharp knife to cut rhombuses into the top side, but only so far in that the chicken breast is now the same thickness where it is not cut.
2

Step 2

Now mix the spices as desired and rub the chicken breasts well with them. Add 2-3 drops of oil. For the grill, place the breasts on the hot grid, cut side down. Sear for 2 minutes, then turn, now turn regularly and grill until the breasts are cooked through.
3

Step 3

Heat the pan with a little oil and place the breasts in the pan, cut side down. Fry for approx. 3 minutes, then turn and fry well on the other side. Turn several times. You can also put the lid on, but I don’t like it when the escaping water steams the meat instead of frying it.

Notes

Serve the meat with vegetables, chips and Aji Verde Sauce or Lime-Sour Cream Sauce!
