Eier Fruehstuecks Poettchen – Egg Breakfast Pots

1 Mins read

On Sundays we always have a little more time to have a bigger breakfast. I don’t just serve Zopf, bread, cold cuts and cheese. But I also don’t want to work in the kitchen for a long time. So, these pots come perfectly right, they are done so quickly and you can add whatever you like most. This time I added Emmenthal cheese, tomatoes and ham. Put an egg on top and put them into the oven. So easy, and believe me, this will not be the last pot you make!

Fuer 6 Personen:
6 Eier
3 Scheiben gekochter Schinken
2 Tomaten
6 Pilze
6 kleine Scheiben Emmenthaler Kaese
Salz und Pfeffer
Paprika
6 TL Sahne

6 Ramquins gut einfetten.
Heiss servieren!
