Tomatensalat mit Burrata und Apfel-Randen Kaviar – Tomato Salad with Burrata and Apple-Beetroot Caviar

1 Mins read

You can always use a new starter and this one is loved! It is colorful and healthy! I used different tomatoes also in color, so my plate goes from a dark ruby to a light orange. Paired with Basil and Burrata, it is not only delicious but also beautiful! And to make it more special I added blood orange fillets and fruit caviar, absolutely divine!
