Lachs mit Kartoffeln und Hollandaise Sauce einfach, schnell und lecker, genau das ist dieses Mahl. Feiner Lachs mit einer sehr knusprigen Haut, dazu gekochte Kartoffeln und eine leckere Hollandaise Sauce mit Basilikum. Dazu ein feines Glas Wein, so kann man das Leben geniessen!

Simple, quick and delicious, that’s exactly what this meal is. Fine salmon with a very crispy skin, served with boiled potatoes and a delicious hollandaise sauce with basil. Accompanied by a fine glass of wine, this is how to enjoy life!
Für 2 Personen:
2 Scheiben Lachs mit Haut
4 Kartoffeln
1 Gemüse Bouillon Würfel
2 TL Pesto
½ Handvoll Basilikum Blätter
1 Portion Hollandaise Sauce
Zur Deco ein paar getrocknete Blüten
Kleine Chips
Zitronenschnitz
1 EL Olivenöl
Die Kartoffeln schälen, halbieren und in einen Topf mit Wasser geben. Den Bouillon Würfel zugeben und 15 Minuten kochen lassen, dann abgiessen. Unterdessen das Pesto auf die Haut lose Seite des Lachses streichen. Das Olivenöl in einer flachen Pfanne erhitzen und den Lachs mit der Haut nach unten hinein legen. Zugedeckt ca. 7 Minuten braten lassen. Dann den Fisch wenden und zugedeckt 4 Minuten braten lassen. Wieder auf die Haut wenden und nochmals braten, bis er durchgekocht ist.
Unterdessen nach diesem Rezept die Sauce Hollandaise herstellen, am Schluss ein paar Basilikum Blätter dazu geben. Alles auf Tellern anrichten, mit getrockneten Blüten, Zitronenschnitz und Chips dekorieren.

For 2 People:
2 slices Salmon with skin
4 Potatoes
1 Vegetable Stock cube
2 tsp Pesto
½ handful Basil Leaves
1 portion Hollandaise Sauce
For deco a few dried Flowers
Some Crisps/Chips
Sliced Lemon
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Peel the potatoes, cut them into halves and put them in a pot with water. Add the stock cube and boil for 15 minutes, then drain. Meanwhile, spread the pesto on the non-skin side of the salmon. Heat the olive oil in a shallow pan and place the salmon skin side down. Cover and fry for about 7 minutes. Then turn the fish over and let it fry, covered, for 4 minutes. Turn back onto the skin and fry again until cooked through.
Meanwhile, make the hollandaise sauce according to this recipe, adding a few basil leaves at the end. Arrange everything on plates and decorate with dried flowers, lemon and crisps/chips.
