Fish and spinach fit very well together, that’s why I made a roulade from some fillets of fish and filled it with spinach. To make it more colorful I added a yellow capsicum and wrapped it into raw ham. It tastes delicious and you can prepare it in advance. It fits well with potatoes and if you like with homemade Mayonnaise or Hollandaise Sauce.
Für 4 Personen:
800 g Goldbuttfilets
12 Scheiben Rohschinken
500 g Spinat
10 g Butter
1 gelbe Peperoni, klein gewürfelt
Salz und Pfeffer
Chili Flocken
Dill
3 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt
