Jaja, Kochen bildet!

Boeuf Bourguignon is a very tasty dish! I already have posted a recipe before, but it was cooked in the pan.  Here is the Recipe! But if you have a Slow-Cooker it makes it so much easier! You just leave the whole cooking process to the pot! It can’t get any easier! The history behind the Boeuf Bourguignon can be read on my lined post. But did you know this dish was also cooked with lamb and rabbit? And that this dish used to be cooked by the poor with leftover cooked meat? Oh yes, cooking can teach you a lot!

Boeuf Bourguignon

Für 4 Personen:
700 g Rinderfilet, gewürfelt
250 g Pilze in Scheiben geschnitten
100 g Speck in Würfeln
Salz und Pfeffer
Rosmarin
Paprika
Chili
2 Knoblauchzehen, halbiert
10 Schalotten, ganz
1 EL Mehl
200 ml Brühe
300 ml Rotwein
50 ml Sahne
wenig Oel
