\n Gluten-free sp\u00e4tzli aren\u2019t easy to make? They don\u2019t taste like anything? That\u2019s not true! I found this gluten-free sp\u00e4tzli recipe on Chefkoch<\/a> and it tastes wonderful\u2014even to people who don\u2019t have to follow a gluten-free diet!

\nI\u2019ve already tried a few recipes, but this one is by far the best! I made sp\u00e4tzli for a friend who has celiac disease and packaged them so he could freeze them, then thaw and cook them in portions. He hadn\u2019t eaten sp\u00e4tzli in years and was absolutely thrilled. \n

\n\t\tAfter that, I served them to my daughter while I was in Europe. Guess what! Yep, now I\u2019ll probably have to make them more often. <\/div>\n

    250 g Quark\/Curd (you can also use Ricotta)<\/p><\/li>\n\t
