\n I love this tomato-pomelo salad! It\u2019s very refreshing and fruity.

\nWe were invited to dinner at a new restaurant where the young chef serves some really great fusion dishes. One of them was a tomato-pomelo salad, but it was served with just herbs. I liked it because tomatoes and pomelo go really well together, but I would have made a vinaigrette to go with it. \n

\n\t\tSo, I tried it at home and mixed in some cheese to round out the flavors. I have to say, it goes together wonderfully! <\/div>\n
