What could be better than protein from fish and fresh vegetables? <br><br>\nDid you know? Salmon are mentioned as early as Pliny the Elder. There were also many schools of salmon in European rivers. The Rhine in particular was considered a river with numerous salmon, and until the beginning of the 20th century, several hundred thousand wild salmon still swam through its waters. When industry settled on the banks in the 19th century, hydroelectric power plants blocked the rivers, and water quality deteriorated due to heavy pollution, the salmon gradually disappeared.\n <br><br>\nIn Switzerland, salmon, which used to be abundant, disappeared from rivers in the 1960s. As a result of the successful reintroduction of salmon to the Rhine, salmon are also expected to return to Switzerland. Then add the eggplant and okra and fry for 5 minutes. Add the carrots and mushrooms and fry for another minute. Add the sugar and spices and fry for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
