Sommerrolls from Soy Leaves<\/h3>

\n \nI made summer rolls using soy leaves, which I got from an Asian store. They are gluten-free and vegan. You can also make these rolls using regular rice paper. \n

\nThese summer rolls, as they are now called, originally come from Vietnam. They fill these rolls with raw vegetables and shrimp or chicken and serve them without cooking.\n

\n\t\tI really like them, and you can fill them with all kinds of things. They are traditionally served with sweet chili sauce as a dip. <\/div>\n
