Grilled Pork Belly with Potato Patties<\/h3>

\n A very quick and easy dish is grilled pork belly with potato patties.

\nI still had some mashed potatoes, which I often use to make potato patties. We loved them as children!\n

\n\t\tTo go with it, I grilled a thin slice of pork belly in the oven until it was nice and crispy. Make the dish more interesting with a sauce, such as sweet chili sauce for dipping, or a Garlic-Mayonnaise.<\/a> <\/div>\n
