Hot Berries on Ice Cream<\/h3>

\n This dessert, hot berries on ice cream, is perfect in the hot season because it can be made in no time at all!

\nHot berries, any kind, on cool ice cream (you can use any kind you like). I have made it the classic way with mixed berries and vanilla ice cream and believe me, it is eaten faster than the ice cream melts. Here in Switzerland, this dessert is called heissi Liebi, (hot love) but only raspberries are used!

\nYou can use fresh or frozen berries, it doesn’t matter and both taste great!\n

\n\t\tThis dessert can also be served with white Chocolate Ice Cream<\/a> or frozen Limoncello Parfait<\/a>. <\/div>\n
