\n It’s still asparagus season in Europe, so I made an asparagus and pea salad with a peach dressing. This salad also works with green asparagus, so you can also make it in Asia. \n

\n\t\tThe peach dressing is very simple and very fruity. It goes well with many summer salads, such as melon salads or even tomato and mozzarella salads. I like these fruity notes in sauces and dressings; they are so refreshing! <\/div>\n
