\n This quark cake with berries is gluten-free because it has no base. It works really well and tastes very light. I filled it with berries and decorated it.

\n Quark is hard to find in Asia, but if you search, you can find a lot these days and even have it delivered to your home. That’s what I did, I found a manufacturer that makes curd in the Philippines. I immediately ordered a few pots, because quark is easy to freeze. So, you always have it to hand!\n
