\n A bhaji or bajji is a type of patty that originated on the Indian subcontinent. They are made from vegetables, usually onions, and are available in different varieties. My version is an onion and carrot bhaji! My variation is again not original, however it is gluten-free, as it is hard here in the Philippines to find special ingredients. \n

\n\t\tThey are a popular snack in India and also in Pakistan. It is sold at street stalls. It is also a common starter or side dish in Anglo-Indian cuisine in the UK. That’s where I got to know them when we lived in London in the 80s. <\/div>\n
