Chicken Schnitzel from the Grill<\/h3>

\n We served up chicken schnitzel from the grill! I’m a big fan of chicken! \n

\nI avoid red meat as I find it difficult to digest. But chicken is not the easiest meat to grill! As it is often of different thicknesses, or even has bones in it, it is often either underdone or overdone. \n

\n\t\tThat’s why I cut it into cutlets, so that the meat is the same thickness everywhere and can be grilled very well. But you also need a good marinade and mine is quite spicy! <\/div>\n
