\n Here in the Philippines you can get wonderful fresh chicken liver, it feels like it\u2019s almost still warm. So, I had to buy them! I made these crispy chicken liver on a salad.
\nI just marinated them, pulled them through flour and fried them, very simple. Served as a salad topping or even as finger-food they are delicious!\n
