\n My daughter Andrea cooks: I have no choice; I have to cook gluten-free and sometimes it’s not that easy. But there are many Asian dishes that are naturally gluten-free. Andrea’s gluten-free rice noodle dish is one of them! \n

\n\t\tThese rice plates can be used for much more than just Spring rolls!<\/a> And I cut them into wide noodles and mixed them into my chicken dish. It was very good!!!\n <\/div>\n

    3-6 Rice Plates as for spring rolls<\/p><\/li>\n\t

    1 Chicken breast, cut into strips<\/p><\/li>\n\t

  • <\/i>

    2 tbsp white Miso Paste<\/p><\/li>\n\t

  • <\/i>

    150 ml Water<\/p><\/li>\n\t

  • <\/i>

    1 tbsp Sunflower Oil<\/p><\/li>\n

  • <\/i>

    Asian Eggplants, cut into strips<\/p><\/li>\n\t

  • <\/i>

    Pack Choi, cut into strips<\/p><\/li>\n\t

  • <\/i>

    some Sweet and Sour Sauce<\/p><\/li>\n\t \n\t \n\t <\/ul>\n\n\t <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n

    Step 1<\/h4><\/div>\n
    Marinate the chicken strips in the miso paste. Then heat the oil and fry the meat in it. Add the water and simmer.\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

    Add the eggplants and pack choi after 5 minutes, put the lid on and simmer until the vegetables are soft. \n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

    Meanwhile, soften the rice sheets in water. When they are soft, roll lightly and cut into wide noodles. Add these noodles to the vegetables when the vegetables are soft. \n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
