Deshalb mische ich auch verschiedene K\u00fcchen zusammen, wie diese Glutenfreie Dosa Fladenbrote, die ich gerne zu allem M\u00f6glichen auftische.  \n        <br><br>\n\t\tSie sind ganz einfach und schnell gekocht, aber sie brauchen etwas mehr Oel zum Braten, denn sie kleben gerne an der Pfanne fest. \n<br><br>\nDosa ist ein beliebtes s\u00fcdindisches Gericht, das einem Cr\u00eape \u00e4hnelt und aus einem fermentierten Teig aus Reis und Linsen hergestellt wird.
