I made choux pastry cream puffs with smoked salmon and cream cheese and served them as finger food.  \n        <br><br>\n\t\tI didn&#8217;t think they would go down so well with my guests, but they are all gone! You can fill them however you like, as they puff up quite firmly. Remove from the heat and knead with a rubber scraper for approx. 30 seconds. Then leave to cool for approx. 20 minutes. \n<\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction\">\n            <div class=\"post-recipe-step\">3<\/div>\n            <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-content\">\n                                <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-title\"><h4 property=\"recipeInstructions\">Step 3<\/h4><\/div>\n                                                <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-text\" property=\"recipeInstructions\">As soon as it is only lukewarm, knead in one egg at a time with a whisk or mixer. It will look strange and blotchy at first, but just keep going and you will end up with a yellow dough. Put the dough into a piping bag with a star-shaped nozzle. \n\n<\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction\">\n            <div class=\"post-recipe-step\">4<\/div>\n            <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-content\">\n                                <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-title\"><h4 property=\"recipeInstructions\">Step 4<\/h4><\/div>\n                                                <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-text\" property=\"recipeInstructions\">Now pipe small heaps onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 220 C degrees for 10 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 180 C degrees and bake for another 30-40 minutes. Please do not open the oven before they have finished baking, or they will collapse. Add the chopped salmon and mustard sprouts and mix everything well.
