Delicious Winter Salad<\/h3>

\n Mommy always eats salad, my son once said when he was still a small child. Today he is neither small nor a child, he towers over me by more than a head. He is not so tall (195 cm!) because he has eaten salad, he calls greens compost. He doesn’t like it at all. Too bad because a fine winter salad like this is perfect! It must be colorful, have lots of different ingredients and a delicious dressing on top.\n
