The dough is often made from flour and eggs, buckwheat is sometimes used or even grated potatoes.\n        <br><br>\n\t\tMy dough is refined with quark, I adapted it from a recipe by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gaultmillau.ch\/rezepte\/rezept-quarkpizokel-mit-morcheln-von-andreas-caminada-583907?utm_source=blick.ch&#038;utm_medium=referral&#038;utm_campaign=gmhometeaser\">Andreas Caminada<\/a> and copied his way of scraping, it&#8217;s very easy.
