Oft ist das Brot wie ein Kuchen und br\u00f6selt weg, oder es ist hart wie Karton. Ich habe schon vieles versucht, aber dieses Rezept f\u00fcr Glutenfreies Brioche Brot ist mir nun endlich gelungen!
