Es wird aus Trockenfr\u00fcchten gemacht. Ich habe hier einen Hefeteig gemacht und statt einer Nussf\u00fcllung, eine Birewegge F\u00fcllung verwendet f\u00fcr diese Hefeknoten. Es sollte leicht Blasen werfen.<\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction\">\n            <div class=\"post-recipe-step\">2<\/div>\n            <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-content\">\n                                <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-title\"><h4 property=\"recipeInstructions\">Schritt 2<\/h4><\/div>\n                                                <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-text\" property=\"recipeInstructions\">In einer Sch\u00fcssel alle anderen Zutaten mischen, dann das Hefewasser (Milch) zugeben. Erst 2 Minuten auf langsam mischen lassen, dann auf mittel ca. 5 Minuten kneten lassen. Der Teig sollte weich, aber nicht zu klebrig sein.\n<\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction\">\n            <div class=\"post-recipe-step\">3<\/div>\n            <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-content\">\n                                <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-title\"><h4 property=\"recipeInstructions\">Schritt 3<\/h4><\/div>\n                                                <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-text\" property=\"recipeInstructions\"> In einer zugedeckten Sch\u00fcssel ca. 2 Stunden ruhen lassen.\n<\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction\">\n            <div class=\"post-recipe-step\">4<\/div>\n            <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-content\">\n <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-title\"><h4 property=\"recipeInstructions\">Schritt 4<\/h4><\/div>\n                                                <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-text\" property=\"recipeInstructions\">Unterdessen die Birewegge F\u00fcllung machen, wer in der Schweiz wohnt, kann sie auch fertig kaufen. F\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung D\u00f6rrfr\u00fcchte klein schneiden. Mit Rotwein oder Traubensaft aufkochen, zugedeckt ausk\u00fchlen und \u00fcber Nacht stehen lassen. Die Masse fein p\u00fcrieren. Restliche Zutaten bis und mit Kirsch oder Zitronensaft darunter r\u00fchren.\n<\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction\">\n            <div class=\"post-recipe-step\">5<\/div>\n            <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-content\">\n                                <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-title\"><h4 property=\"recipeInstructions\">Schritt 5<\/h4><\/div>\n                                                <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-text\" property=\"recipeInstructions\">Den Hefeteig halbieren und jede H\u00e4lfte d\u00fcnn zu einem Rechteck auswallen. Jedes Teigst\u00fcck mit der H\u00e4lfte der Birnenmasse bestreichen. Dann den Teig zusammen klappen, die R\u00e4nder leicht zusammen dr\u00fccken.\n<\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction\">\n            <div class=\"post-recipe-step\">6<\/div>\n            <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-content\">\n                                <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-title\"><h4 property=\"recipeInstructions\">Schritt 6<\/h4><\/div>\n                                                <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-text\" property=\"recipeInstructions\"> Nun aus dem so entstandenen Rechteck ca. 5 cm breite Streifen schneiden. Jeden Streifen wie im Video gezeigt, von der Schnittkante nach oben einschneiden, so dass drei lange Streifen entstehen. Diese nun zu einem Zopf flechten, dann den Zopf aufrollen und auf ein Backblech legen. So weiterfahren, bis alle Knoten auf den Blechen liegen.
