While we usually eat “real” dinner, meaning a full menu, it made me remember this mushroom bread my mom used to serve us every now and then when she had time to cook. I love it!!!\n

\n\t\tI too am from the (bread) supper generation, in our house we had a meal for lunch and then bread and cheese, or jam for dinner. My dad always came home for lunch back then, so a hot meal had to be on the table. Since one does not need a full meal twice a day and one had not the small change to serve up meat and\/or vegetable twice in the day, we were served bread with something in addition.\n <\/div>\n
