Here is the gluten free cauliflower gnocchi version. Put it in the bowl of the food processor and mix with the egg, salt, cheese. Now slowly add the flour while mixing until a soft dough is formed. Remember, the less flour, the softer and better the gnocchi will be. Therefore, I just barely added flour until the mixture was pipeable. Put the mixture into piping bags and cut off the tip to about 1-1.5 cm in diameter.\n<\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction\">\n            <div class=\"post-recipe-step\">3<\/div>\n            <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-content\">\n                                <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-title\"><h4 property=\"recipeInstructions\">Step 3<\/h4><\/div>\n                                                <div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-text\" property=\"recipeInstructions\">Now as in the video, slowly squirt the mixture into the water, brushing over the string every 2 cm or so to cut it off. Once the gnocchi float on top, they are cooked. Skim and mix with the crispy fried bacon and garlic seasoned with Italian herbs and pepper.
