This is a typical Libyan dish from Tasnim of the blog <a href=\"https:http:\/\/libyanfood.blogspot.com\/2011\/02\/aubergine-wrap-kufta-in-tomato-sauce.html?m=1\">Tasnim Libyan Food<\/a>. t is proof to me that Mediterranean cuisine is very widespread and similar in almost all countries around the Mediterranean.<br \/><br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2022\/04\/01\/involtini-di-melanzane-nachgekocht-stuffed-eggplant-rolls\/\">Involtini di Melanzane<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/11\/29\/rotoli-di-melanzane-italian-eggplant-rolls\/\">Rotolini di Melanzane<\/a> are well known in Italy, Greece has the stuffed eggplant rolls, and similar recipes exist in Lebanon, Karniyarik Rolls come from Armenia. I did this in my chopper. Divide this mixture into 12-15 pieces and now shape each piece individually around a wooden spoon handle or stick to form the kofta. This tunnel helps the kofta get cooked in the middle too!<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"post-recipe-instruction\">\r\n<div class=\"post-recipe-step\">3<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-content\">\r\n<div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-title\">\r\n<h4>Step 3<\/h4>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-text\">Now fry the koftas in a frying pan in a little oil all around. Bring everything to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes, season well.
