\n Bratwurst with Onion Confit Finger-food is an idea from my girlfriend. She served it to us once and I thought the idea was great. We could not leave our fingers off them. Almost everyone likes sausage and topped with these sweet and sour onions it becomes a delicacy! \n

\n\t\tI usually have a jar of Onion Confit<\/a> n the fridge, it keeps for a long time. Or you cook it in advance. I served this finger food on my sweetheart’s birthday with a Mango and Orange Mojito<\/a>. \n<\/div>\n
