In my pasta courses this is always a highlight because the course participants can work creatively. Each participant makes a dough in one color and then it is divided, so they can even make Rainbow Pasta. \n        <br><br>\n\t\tNatural colors are made from vegetables. There are a few things to keep in mind, because &#8211; and you can read about this later in the text below &#8211; things don&#8217;t always go the way you want! Not every color gives the result you hope for, but that&#8217;s what makes handmade colorful pasta so beautiful!\n<br><br>\nIf you color <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/10\/24\/pastateig-selbermachen\/\">Pasta Dough<\/a> with vegetable colors, you must remember that you add liquid to the dough (pureed vegetables). This means that you either must save liquid in the &#8220;normal&#8221; ingredients or add more flour. Which way you choose is up to you. But since I don&#8217;t like to make large amounts of pasta, I hold back on liquid. Let cool, then peel off the skin.<br>1 tbsp Olive Oil<br>1 pinch of Salt<br>Puree everything together.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>For very yellow Pasta use 1-2 tsp of Turmeric, mix it into the egg!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"post-recipe-block with-bg\" id=\"post-recipe-block\" vocab=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/\" typeof=\"Recipe\">\n    \n   \n        <div class=\"post-recipe-summary clearfix\">\n       And now we come to the big disappointment! I have used red cabbage as color and although the pureed color was really nice, the pasta unfortunately turns out gray. Not nice blue, as actually expected. As mentioned above, not always is result pleasing!
